EVENT

For me, photography is a way of giving form
to the memory of reality.
In events, I look for what remains
once the moment has already passed:
gestures, relationships, atmospheres.
Images do not merely document;
they transform what happens into a trace
that can be shared over time.
Each event thus finds its story in the photographs
that pass through it and preserve it.

Für mich ist Fotografie eine Form,
der Erinnerung an die Realität Gestalt zu geben.
Bei Veranstaltungen suche ich nach dem, was bleibt,
wenn der Moment bereits vergangen ist:
Gesten, Beziehungen, Atmosphären.
Bilder dokumentieren nicht nur,
sie verwandeln das Geschehen in eine Spur,
die über die Zeit hinweg geteilt werden kann.
Jedes Ereignis findet so seine Geschichte
in den Fotografien,
die es durchdringen und bewahren.

e lo conservano.
