Descrizione dell'Opera:
L'opera in palio è una fotografia originale e unica, creata dall'artista Massimo Fiorito, per la mostra fotografica VEDUTE SICILIANE a Noto (SR). Questa fotografia è stata prodotta in un'unica copia, certificata dall'artista stesso come unica ed esclusiva.
Certificazione di Originalità:
L'opera è accompagnata da un certificato di autenticità, firmato dall'artista, che attesta la sua unicità e originalità. Non esistono altre copie fisiche né digitali commercializzate o distribuite di questa fotografia.
Regolamento dell' estrazione:

Data di inizio e di fine: La lotteria avrà inizio il 25 agosto e terminerà il 7 settembre.

Partecipazione: La partecipazione è aperta a tutti i maggiorenni. Ogni partecipante potrà acquistare un massimo di 5 biglietti.

Costo del biglietto: Il costo per ogni biglietto è di 15 €. Il biglietto è valido per una singola partecipazione all'estrazione. L'acquisto online comporterà una maggiorazione di 5 € per le spese di spedizione della stampa fotografica 15x21cm nel caso che non venga ritirata allo spazio espositivo.

Modalità di acquisto dei biglietti: I biglietti possono essere acquistati online attraverso il versamento della somma totale sul conto PayPal: info@massimofiorito.com (opzione family&friends). L'acquirente riceverà il suo numero di biglietto attraverso una comunicazione via eMail o WhatsApp subito dopo la conferma di versamento. Per gli acquirenti in loco il biglietto e la stampa verranno consegnati al momento dell'acquisto.

Premio: Il vincitore riceverà l'opera fotografica unica a scelta tra le opere non ancora vendute (vedi listini qui sotto), con cornice e certificato di autenticità. Il premio sarà consegnato senza costi aggiuntivi.

Estrazione del vincitore: L'estrazione avverrà nello spazio espositivo in modo casuale analogico di estrazione il giorno 7 settembre 2024 alle ore 21. Il vincitore verrà contattato direttamente via email o telefono nel caso che non sia presente.

Consegna del Premio: Il premio verrà spedito all'indirizzo fornito dal vincitore entro dieci giorni lavorativi dall'annuncio o verrà consegnato la sera stessa dell'estrazione nel caso che il vincitore sia presente.

VERLOSUNGSREGELN
Beschreibung des Kunstwerks:
Das zu gewinnende Kunstwerk ist ein einzigartiges, vom Künstler Massimo Fiorito geschaffenes Originalfoto aus der Fotoausstellung SIZILIANISCHE ANSICHTEN in Noto. Diese Fotografie wurde in einer einzigen Kopie erstellt, die vom Künstler als einmalig und exklusiv zertifiziert ist.
Echtheitszertifikat:
Das Kunstwerk wird mit einem Echtheitszertifikat geliefert, das vom Künstler unterzeichnet und die Einzigartigkeit und Originalität des Werks bestätigt. Es existieren keine weiteren physischen oder digitalen Kopien, die kommerziell vertrieben oder verkauft werden.
Verlosungsregeln:

Beginn und Ende der Verlosung: Die Verlosung beginnt am 25.8. 2024 und endet am 7.9.2024.

Teilnahme: Die Teilnahme steht allen Personen über 18 Jahren offen. Jeder Teilnehmer kann maximal 5 Lose kaufen.

Preis eines Loses: Der Preis pro Los beträgt 15 €. Jedes Los ist für eine einzelne Teilnahme an der Verlosung gültig. Beim Online-Kauf wird ein Aufpreis von 5 € für den Versand des 15x21 cm Fotodrucks erhoben, falls dieser nicht im Ausstellungsraum abgeholt wird.

Loskauf: Lose können online erworben werden, indem der Gesamtbetrag auf das PayPal-Konto: info@massimofiorito.com (Option Family & Friends) überwiesen wird. Der Käufer erhält seine Ticketnummer per E-Mail oder WhatsApp unmittelbar nach Zahlungseingang. Für Käufer vor Ort werden das Ticket und der Druck direkt beim Kauf ausgehändigt.

Preis: Der Gewinner erhält das einzigartige Kunstwerk (freie Wahl unter den noch nicht verkaufte Kunstwerke, s. Listen oben und unten), gerahmt und mit Echtheitszertifikat. Der Preis wird ohne zusätzliche Kosten zugestellt.

Gewinnerauslosung: Die Ziehung findet im Ausstellungsraum am 7. September 2024 um 21 Uhr statt und erfolgt analog und zufällig. Der Gewinner wird direkt per E-Mail oder Telefon benachrichtigt, falls er nicht anwesend ist.

Preisübergabe: Der Preis wird innerhalb von zehn Werktagen nach der Bekanntgabe an die vom Gewinner angegebene Adresse versendet oder direkt am Abend der Ziehung übergeben, falls der Gewinner anwesend ist.

Allgemeine Bedingungen: Mit der Teilnahme an der Verlosung akzeptieren die Teilnehmer die offiziellen Regeln und bestätigen, dass das zu gewinnende Kunstwerk ein einzigartiges und nicht reproduzierbares Stück ist.

RAFFLE RULES
Description of the Artwork:
The artwork to be won is a unique original photograph created by the artist Massimo Fiorito from the photo exhibition SICILIAN VIEWS in Noto. This photograph was produced as a single copy, certified by the artist as unique and exclusive.
Certificate of Authenticity:
The artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist, confirming its uniqueness and originality. No other physical or digital copies exist that are commercially distributed or sold.
Raffle Rules:
1. Start and End of the Raffle:
The raffle begins on August 25th, 2024, and ends on September 7th, 2024.
2. Participation: The raffle is open to all individuals over 18 years old. Each participant can purchase a maximum of 5 tickets.
3. Ticket Price: The price for each ticket is €15. Each ticket is valid for a single entry into the raffle. For online purchases, an additional €5 will be charged for shipping the 15x21 cm photographic print, unless picked up at the exhibition space.
4. Ticket Purchase: Tickets can be purchased online by transferring the total amount to the PayPal account: info@massimofiorito.com (using the Family & Friends option). The buyer will receive their ticket number via email or WhatsApp immediately after payment confirmation. For on-site buyers, the ticket and print will be handed over upon purchase.
5. Prize: The winner will receive a unique photographic work of his or her choice from among the unsold works (see lists above), with frame and certificate of authenticity. The prize will be delivered free of charge.
6. Winner Drawing: The drawing will take place at the exhibition space on September 7th, 2024, at 9:00 PM, and will be conducted randomly using an analog method. The winner will be contacted directly via email or phone if they are not present.
7. Prize Delivery: The prize will be shipped to the address provided by the winner within ten business days of the announcement or will be handed over the evening of the drawing if the winner is present.
8. General Conditions: By participating in the raffle, participants accept the official rules and acknowledge that the artwork to be won is a unique, non-reproducible piece.
Legal Notice:
This raffle is conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations for private raffles. The organizer, Massimo Fiorito, reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle at any time due to force majeure or legal reasons.
